Our clinic will be run at a high tempo pace and will consist of the following:

Each day – 3 Hour Sessions – 8 AM to 11:15 AM:

• 1 hour
  • advanced power skating – all variations
  • including with and without pucks
• 1 hour
  • skills, shooting
  • game related tactics , 2 on 2 , 3 on 3 drills.
  • small controlled scrimmage
• 45 mins
  • Dryland Training
  • Drink and Snack available during transition to Off-Ice
  • dynamic off-ice training
  • parachutes, intense circuit station training
  • NOTE: 
    • In case of Rain or Heat, training will be moved inside-upstairs at Rink #2

Every player will receive the necessary Correction & Reinforcement needed to gain confidence / move forward. 

Requirements:
     This session is open to all Players currently within the age range of Age 7 – 15,
     and playing within Travel MD to AAA levels.

If you need to change or cancel, you must ensure SCE Hockey is notified BY August 20.

  – No refund will be issued
